The Leading Index for the International Developed Markets (EFA) declined to 2.99% after drops in the Leading Indices for Spain, Japan, and France. The Leading Index for International Emerging Markets (EEM) declined to 4.40% with a drop in South Korea's Leading Index. The Leading Index for the Developed Markets has been trending up this year while Index the Emerging Markets has been weak and is down for the year.
